A funding-review form may also request supporting business records, such as a 12-month POS-revenue record and, when applicable, a recent rent or lease record. We use submitted information and supporting business records to respond to your request, discuss potential services or funding-review options, operate and improve this website, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with law. Funding-review supporting records are stored outside the public website directory and are not added to the public media library.
